Orders placed via the Racing Shirts website

Standard stock items

We will not despatch goods until full payment including carriage costs have been met.

Upon cleared funds we will endeavor to dispatch your goods to reach you within 7 working days

In the event the goods are damaged, incorrectly supplied or of the wrong size you have 7 day in which to return the goods from day of receipt.

Any goods returned, within 7 days of the delivery date that were purchased in error or supplied correctly in accordance with your order will be subject to handling and re-stocking charge of 20% of the original goods value. This charge covers original postage, admin costs, time spent on processing the original order plus the item will need to go into B stock so is devalued to resell.

Good should be returned within 7 days of delivery in the condition they were sent out.

If retail packaging is involved in the item this must be in a new condition and not opened to receive a full refund.

We mill require items returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as a minimum and you will be required to cover the return costs

Custom Printed & Embroidered items

If you wish to place your order by telephone any spelling will be checked with you and printed accordingly. Using the telephone service there will be no proof of required text or layout and Sailing Shirts will not be held responsible for any errors.

All orders will be taken from your instructions weather by mail, e-mail or phone.
